Why we need Unions for factories , labour's and daily worker's

Many of you had joined employee unions in Banks,lic, bsnl, railway,army production units,dlw, police forces , school's, collages, pvt.Company etc if not 
Than please join, if union is not in your company than make or form the new union and affiliate with AITUC unions working since 1920.
The question is why.....? I do not need .....Why .......?

 The reply because it is for the benefits of employees, school teachers , labour's, daily labour's, daily paid worker's, auto driver's, shop keeper's, dhela wala, rickshaw wala even chaye wala also.....
After government lock down announcement many thousand of labours, staff, private employees, family of daily worker's are trapped in many places of indian cities, towns, metro city, district headquaters without food, without shelter's and without transportation..?

The examples at Aanand Vihar station's in Delhi , uttar pradesh borders..The labour's are bound to walk with family's on road without food in three to five days...The small boys and girls with mother walks thousand of kilometer on road just due to miss management of  bJp government in U.P. and in Centre government.             
The factory owners closed their factories and forced my poor labour to go home without food , bread butter, salary and payments etc etc...   
The small stores , company's staff  and business man is died because the corporate houses had not made any payment's.....?

The situation is dangerous because their are more than 85 crores daily workers and labour's are locked in their homes in Indias Lock down.....
The owners are Not ready to pay salary to their employees after announcement by government also... The family's are in critical condition in India...... Why........?
The corona virus will kills later on but people will die in their home without food, work, salary , payments..

This why the trade Unions are asking these questions to the state and central government because we works for safety, benefits, interests, salary, bonus, incentives of poor employees, staff,daily labours and factory workers.....
Those who are working into office's, banks, schools, collages, private company's are Also called labour they are skilled labours, semi skilled labour's , unskilled labours....Etc etc...
The government had given rupees 1000 to manrega majdoor, only those who had job cards... The number's are less than daily labours.... So this is  just a glass of water into a river.....The total manrega mazdoor are 80 crores in India.

The BJP government had made many changes in factory acts, labour laws to kill the employees, labours, staff,daily workers etc  and given maximum benefits to the Business community, industrialist, employer,  owners of factory, industry, Private companies, corporates houses....

That is why a strong Union Like AITUC is required in India to save the working class, middle class and poor Mass.

Requested to all communist parties in the world to fight against corona Virus Unitedly

I here by requesting all of the world community of communist parties to stand together to fight against corona covid 19 virus. The situations are very dangerous,  every Second our humanity is dying in thousands by the killer covid 19 virus. Farmers are trapped between Supreme court and Bjp Goverment in India

 The Indian farmers are fighting against black bill which we call Kisan bill from last 45 days in delhi border areas but the result are zero till date. One side goverment was seating with kisan unions for negotiation on bill another side kisan unions are saying to just withdrawal the three bill by parliament. Both the party are not coming on mutual ground to finished the protest running from more than six months in India. This situation became panic when the supreme court had given the direction one side the court order to stop the bill by stay order and appointed four members committee to  give report within two months after negotiation with kisans , farmers, unions leader and the bjp government.
